Description
Set to centre a 0.60ct diamond in a flattering rub-over setting, this 1920s ring has many notable Art Deco elements. An open back holing and pierced scrolling gallery lead up to the tapered, sapphire-set shoulders. Above and below the centre stone are two apexes, also pavé set with sapphires, ensuring that not a millimetre of this ring is without colour or brilliance. Platinum was a popular choice at the time and complements the VS1 diamonds and royal blue untreated sapphires, the low set design and rub-over setting ensure that this ring can be worn with ease, this sentiment is also a reflection of the intentionality behind many geometric Art Deco rings.
