Description
The rich ruby perimeter of this ring creates a wonderful border for the seven central diamonds. Arranged in a daisy formation, the old-cut diamonds emit the same playfulness as the vibrant 0.65ct frame of rubies. Circa 1925, this ring gives a gentle nod to the popular design features of the Art Deco period through its use of unusual stone cuts and 18ct white gold. The shoulders taper up gently, flattering the circular head and the geometric pierced gallery mirrors the use of shape, all while slightly elevating the ring so it can better catch the light. The bold colours, geometric designs and flowing lines presented in this ring are very consistent with the Art Deco aesthetic, making this ring a true homage to the time and a beautiful one at that.
