Description
"Sapphires come in an extraordinary variety of shades aside from their most famous blue varieties. With such an incredible colour palette available, and with those shades depending on minute ratios of elemental impurities within their crystal structure, it means that no two sapphires are exactly alike. This ring is set with a 3.2 carat sapphire of a very unusual and attractive colour - a vivid purplish-pink, the colour of lilacs. The designer of this ring was clearly clever enough to realise that with a stone like this at its centre, the ring needed nothing else, other than a lovely 15 carat yellow gold mount to show it off. Sometimes, it pays to keep things simple."
Why I love it...
“ I love the simplicity of this ring. The sapphire is a beautiful cushion-cut and is an amazing colour!”
