Diamond ring, 1930s. The bold geometric design and the substantial proportions of this diamond ring place it firmly in the latter half of the Art Deco era, when jewellery designs became more three dimensional, taking their forms from architectural and industrial forms. The strong look of this ring works well on the traditional ring finger, but also looks incredible on the middle or index fingers.
