Art Deco, emerald and diamond ring, circa 1930. Centre set step-cut emerald flanked by two old-cut diamonds in a simple platinum setting. The emerald is a beautiful fresh green colour and the diamonds are bright white and have a lively sparkle, especially in daylight. The setting is simple and practical, enhancing the gemstones, particularly the emerald. It would make an ideal engagement ring.
