Provenance

This vintage, 1960s ring is set to centre with a natural emerald, emerald-cut and claw-set in an open-back setting. The emerald has a lush and incredibly saturated body colour - the perfect shade of 'emerald green'. It also has remarkable clarity, with no notable inclusions seen through the table of the stone - a true rarity.

Flanked by two trapezoid diamonds of high colour and clarity, perfectly matched and precisely cut to taper into the shoulders of the ring. The gallery is well structured, with linear openwork reminiscent of Art Deco rings. The profile sits pleasingly low on the finger, making it extremely comfortable and practical to wear. The shoulders taper inwards before flowing to a solid 18ct white gold band.
