French 1920s Art Deco Aquamarine Ring, Platinum

    Description

The 1920s and 1930s saw a revolution in stone faceting. New technology, new supplies of stones and newly fashionable cutting styles. The result was a new era of daringly modern jewels, where gemstones could be set in seamless tessellations, showing broad expanses of colour. This extraordinary ring focuses on three geometrically-cut aquamarines, set in this new way, where no visible metal settings interrupt the junctions between them. Like an ocean wave, the two side stones slope slightly downwards from the larger central stone, following the curved surface of the finger. Mounted simply in platinum, this beautiful Art Deco jewel shows all the artistic and technical accomplishments of this unequalled age of jewellery design.

        How does resizing work?

Most of our rings can be resized unless stated otherwise in the item description. Simply add your required size in the notes section at checkout, and our team will take care of the rest!
