Early Christogram signet ring, 17th Century. An incredible signet ring carved with the ‘IHS’ signifying devotion to Christ. A rare survival, this wonderful piece of history remains in remarkable condition. The carvings have been well preserved; displaying heart, fire and textured motifs which extends to the shoulders. Being a high carat, the ring is a wonderful rich gold colour, the overall design is regal and striking on the hand.
