Ruby and diamond ring, circa 1910. This domed setting of this beautiful ruby and diamond ring is hand pierced in a geometric floral pattern. At the centre is an attractive deep red ruby weighing approximately 1 carat, smartly accentuated by a yellow gold collet-setting. The reverse of the ring is entirely different, complementing the cool tones and clean geometry of the front with hand carved scrolls in warm yellow gold, showcasing the intricacy and precision of Belle Epoque workmanship.
