Sri Lanka is arguably the most historic source of sapphires, with references being made to Sri Lanka’s abundance of mineral wealth as far back as Ancient Rome. This 5 carat cushion-shaped sapphire emits a dreamy shade of violet-blue known as ‘cornflower’ The cushion-cut stone, is set within a delicate border of rose-cut diamonds in naturally blackened silver, the back of the ring and band crafted of contrasting yellow gold. This is a highly refined and poetic cluster ring, with ample charm and a very generous setting of stones.
