All photographs are taken under controlled lighting conditions in order to optimise product detail. No stones are enhanced digitally.
However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.
As a business we do use marketplace websites to sell our products. Any differences in availability or variations in website terms, delivery cost or merchant rules are only applicable on the relevant third-party website.

No, we currently do not offer gift cards to use online.
Every item is one of a kind, therefore will not be re-stocked. However, we can often source a similar style of ring.

Yes, the majority of our rings are eligible for a first time complimentary re-size upon completing your purchase. Please add this requirement into 'special instructions for us' during checkout, and we will be in touch to confirm this. Some rings cannot be resized due to the material composition. Please check our terms and conditions for more information.

No, antique ring boxes are provided with each ring purchased but due to availability, we do not sell them separately.
We have every product professionally examined and tested by a gemmology lab in Bond Street, London. Many of the items come with gemological certificates, or can be arranged at an additional cost.
All of our pieces are in excellent condition. Each piece is examined by a leading professional jeweller. All stones and settings are checked to ensure they’re secure and safe. We only buy pieces in excellent condition prior to our mandatory cleaning and polishing maintenance.
Placing an order
We are an online store. However, we can often arrange a viewing where possible.
In some cases, payment plans can be arranged. Please contact us for further details on availability, and terms.
If you wish cancel your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to cancel it before it's dispatched. In some cases, however, this may not be possible. If it is already dispatched, we require you receive, sign for, and then return the product at which stage we can arrange a refund.
No, we are currently unable to process orders and payments on the phone.
We currently accept American Express, Mastercard, VISA and Maestro through our own payment gateway. We do not offer payments through alternative payment providers such Paypal, Amazon Pay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
