Description
This sapphire and diamond cluster ring is wonderfully Edwardian. The cabochon cut softens the sapphires surface, making it reminiscent of the moon. The lunar-like sapphire emits a pearlescent baby blue glow that is only enhanced by the cluster of diamonds that surrounds it. The soft gold is complementary towards both the sapphire and the diamonds, and the use of all three is very typical of the Edwardian time. The natural patina is emblematic of this rings antiquity and adds a great deal of charm.
