Provenance
Crafted in our own wonderful workshop using traditional techniques, this beautiful ring has been thoughtfully designed to be cherished for a lifetime of love and wear. At its centre sits a natural vivid yellow sapphire, chosen for its exceptional quality and distinctive colour. Personally selected by Sam during his trip to Sri Lanka - long celebrated for producing the world’s finest sapphires - the stone has been responsibly and ethically sourced.
This sapphire has a striking and vibrant canary yellow hue - a stone that can brighten up even the dullest of days! We absolutely love the pear-shape drop-cut of this sapphire, secured in a smooth rub-over setting, the design feels strikingly modern yet crafted and inspired by original antique rings.
The setting is open-backed and the gallery is completely open allowing you to see right through to the pavilion of the stone - such a unique and elegant feature of the ring. The shoulders are solid and flow to a solid gold D-shape shank. The yellow gold is 14ct - our favourite alloy for its durability and soft tone - and the ring has been hallmarked at Sheffield Assay Office.
Inspired by antique design, we have ensured that the profile of this ring remains low on the finger to ensure it is as comfortable and practical as it is beautiful! Preserving heritage by keeping traditional techniques and tastes alive.

- Hallmarks: Hallmark indicates that the ring was assayed in Sheffield. Further marked with '14K' and '585' indicating 14ct yellow gold.

A small number of rings cannot be resized due to their material or design; this will always be clearly noted in the product description.
We provide free, fully insured express shipping on all orders.
- UK Orders: Shipped via DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery the working day after payment clears. Please allow 1–2 business days for delivery.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL the working day after payment clears. Please allow 4–5 business days for delivery.
All shipments are fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.
For all orders shipped to the U.S., we cover international tariffs and duties, so you won’t need to worry about them - they are included in the price on the website.
If you wish to return a ring, we offer a full refund minus the cost of these tariffs: 10% for antique rings (over 100 years old) and 15.5% for other pieces.
