The excitement begins
Your ring is carefully prepared by Kate and Talia before being securely collected and transported to our
workshop for adjustment. At every stage, we make every effort to ensure your requirements are clearly
understood
and that nothing is overlooked.
Day 3-4
A Careful Handover
Sam and our Head Jeweller, James, review your order together, discussing any special requirements in detail.
This ensures absolute clarity before the re-sizing begins, leaving nothing to chance.
Day 5
Arrival at the Workshop
Your ring arrives at the workshop, where James personally entrusts it to the specialist best suited to the
task - usually Terry, our re-sizing expert. Using traditional goldsmithing techniques, the adjustment is
carried out by hand with patience and precision, carefully integrating the metal to preserve the integrity
and beauty of the piece.
Day 6
A Gentle Refresh
Following the re-size, your ring is delicately polished to restore its full brilliance, removing any marks
from the adjustment process and ensuring a seamless finish.
Day 7
The Return Journey
James returns the ring to Sam, who carefully inspects it to ensure the work has been completed to the
highest possible standard, giving it his personal seal of approval.
Day 8-10
Nearly There
In most cases, resizing is completed within 8-9 days. Please allow slightly longer during busier
periods, as
each ring is finished and inspected with the utmost care.
Once approved, we will notify you by email to confirm your piece is ready for collection. For online orders, your ring will be beautifully packaged and dispatched, with full tracking details provided.
