Vintage, 1980s sapphire and diamond cluster engagement ring

Provenance
Made in 1986, this vintage cluster ring is such a unique shape while being effortlessly wearable and chic. Set to centre with a natural sapphire with a stunning kingfisher blue-hue. Pear-cut and claw-set in an open-back setting, surrounded by a cluster of natural colourless diamonds, each perfectly matched in colour and clarity.
Eleven round brilliant-cut diamonds in total, claw-set and arranged around the central sapphire to ensure the outline of the cluster follows the pear shape. The gallery is intricately pierced with a linear basket design, to solid shoulders which elegantly taper to a solid 18ct yellow gold band.

- Total Diamond Weight: 0.55ct; Eleven round brilliant-cut diamonds.

- Metal Composition: 18ct yellow gold.
- Hallmarks: Marked with hallmarks that trace the ring to London, 1986. Further marked with '750' to indicate 18ct yellow gold, further marked with maker's mark 'RG', which we have been unable to trace further. Further marked with 'DIA' to indicate natural diamonds.

A small number of rings cannot be resized due to their material or design; this will always be clearly noted in the product description.
We provide free, fully insured express shipping on all orders.
- UK Orders: Shipped via DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery the working day after payment clears. Please allow 1–2 business days for delivery.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL the working day after payment clears. Please allow 4–5 business days for delivery.

If you wish to return a ring, we offer a full refund minus the cost of these tariffs: 10% for antique rings (over 100 years old) and 15.5% for other pieces.
