Topaz is derived its name from the Sanskrit word tapas, meaning ‘fire’. Imperial topaz is prized for its golden orange to pinkish hues, water-like transparency and superb lustre that give the stones a great deal of life and charm. This ring is set with a classic golden topaz, its exceptional size, clarity and colour saturation easily deserving of the ‘Imperial topaz’ title. Simply needing nothing else, it has been set in a plain yellow gold mount to create a spectacular display of this historic stone, in an elegant and wearable fashion.

You can purchase the ring and then return if for resizing if needed - if you buy an engagement ring, for instance, but it is not quite the right size for your partner. There is no additional charge for this but the buyer is responsible for the return postage and insurance.
