A stunning sapphire and diamond ring set to centre a cushion-cut pink sapphire in an open back rub-over setting with an approximate weight of 3.17 carats, flanked by six french-cut diamonds (three on each side) set in open back settings with a combined weight of 0.30 carats. A striking gypsy-style ring tested as platinum, circa 1940.
