Vintage, 1960's pink sapphire & diamond cluster ring
A pink sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Set to centre a 4.13 carat round-cut pink sapphire secured in a rub-over setting. The pink gemstone is encircled by a cluster of thirteen matching round-cut diamonds also set flush in 18ct white gold settings. The shoulders of the ring taper down and are gently carved leading to an intricately pierced gallery and open back-holing. The ring is completed with French hallmarks, tests as 18ct white gold, circa 1960.
