Provenance
The setting has been expertly crafted by our workshop, with each stone personally selected by Sam for its exceptional quality and distinctive colour. The natural teal sapphire is ethically sourced from Sri Lanka, discovered during our travels in search of the world’s finest gemstones.
This sapphire has a stunning shadowy teal colour with a certain charcoal depth to it. We absolutely love the emerald-cut of this sapphire, secured in a smooth rub-over setting, the design feels strikingly modern yet crafted and inspired by original antique rings.
The setting is open-backed and the gallery features clean-cut linear work which is very refined and subtle. The shoulders are solid and flow to a solid gold D-shape shank. The yellow gold is 14ct - our favourite alloy for its durability and soft tone - and the ring has been hallmarked at Sheffield Assay Office.
Inspired by antique design, we have ensured that the profile of this ring remains low on the finger to ensure it is as comfortable and practical as it is beautiful! Preserving heritage by keeping traditional techniques and tastes alive.

We will only carry out adjustments we are fully confident in and that preserve the structural integrity of the piece.

A small number of rings cannot be resized due to their material or design; this will always be clearly noted in the product description.
We provide free, fully insured express shipping on all orders.
- UK Orders: Shipped via DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery the working day after payment clears. Please allow 1–2 business days for delivery.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL the working day after payment clears. Please allow 4–5 business days for delivery.
All shipments are fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.
For all orders shipped to the U.S., we cover international tariffs and duties, so you won’t need to worry about them - they are included in the price on the website.
If you wish to return a ring, we offer a full refund minus the cost of these tariffs: 10% for antique rings (over 100 years old) and 15.5% for other pieces.
