Provenance

This ring dates to circa 1905, the Edwardian era. Set with five subtly graduated cushion-shaped old-mine-cut diamonds, grain-set and bordered by a smooth polished edge. The ring features a solid low-profile gallery leading to a solid D-shape band in 18ct yellow gold.

The Natural Stones

  • Central Diamond Weight: 0.11ct
  • Central Diamond Size: Length 3mm; Width 3mm; Depth 2mm
  • Total Diamond Weight: 0.25ct; Five cushion-shaped old-mine cut diamonds.

The Band

  • Metal Composition: 18ct yellow gold.
  • Hallmarks: Marked with hallmarks that trace the ring to Sheffield, further marked with '18ct' indicating 18ct yellow gold. Marked with maker's mark 'T.B.T', which we could not trace further, further marked with historical inventory number '6245'.
