Both UK and international shipments are fully tracked and traceable and require a signature from customers upon receipt.
When shipping to America, we pay the international tariffs and duties so that you don't have to deal with them. These are included in the price on the website.
If you want to return the ring, we offer a full refund minus the cost of those tariffs - they are 10% for antique rings (over 100 years old) and 15.5% for other rings.
Some states may charge you a small additional tax on delivery - this is usually $40 to $80.

Most of our rings can be resized unless stated otherwise in the item description. Simply add your required size in the notes section at checkout, and our team will take care of the rest!
Please allow an additional 5 to 10 working days to the delivery time. If you require your order for a particular date, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
You can purchase the ring and then return if for resizing if needed - if you buy an engagement ring, for instance, but it is not quite the right size for your partner. There is no additional charge for this but the buyer is responsible for the return postage and insurance.
