Emerald-cut and claw-set in an open-back setting surrounded by a halo of round brilliant-cut diamonds with a combined weight of 1.00ct. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe gallery features linear open-work and the shoulders are solid, flowing through to a D-shape 18ct white gold band.
