Peridot and diamond ring, circa 1910. Set with a peridot of an unusually citrus shade of green, this ring is a beautiful example of the pastel shades that dominated the refined palette of the Edwardian era, known in France as the ‘Belle Epoque’. Beautifully set in platinum with in a millegrain border of single-cut diamonds, this elegant ring is light and also extremely comfortable to wear, the setting of the stone sitting low to the hand, and modelled ergonomically to fit the curve of the finger. An unusual and refined cocktail ring, perfect for special occasions.
