Original to c.1915, this Edwardian era three-stone ring is set with round old-cut diamonds with an impressive combined weight of approximately 2.50ct. Whilst three-stone diamond rings rose to popularity during the Edwardian era, it is fairly uncommon to find one with these proportions; the central diamond is substantially larger than the two smaller flanking stones, offering a broad spread over the finger whilst remaining elegant and well-balanced. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe discovery of the South African diamond deposits along with huge advances in diamond cutting meant that during the Edwardian period, diamonds were able to be cut round for the first time ever. But due to their hand-cut nature, no two old-cut stones are ever identical.
