If we have any doubts about your order, we may contact you to verify the transaction. This is in order to protect our clients from fraud. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.

On receipt of the returned products, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. You will receive an notification email when your refund has been successfully processed.

Refunds will be sent to the bank/payment card that was used to make the original online purchase.

Refunds for returned orders will be processed only after the product has been sent by you, received by us, and then checked for authenticity and quality.

We will aim to process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your refund, however this may be longer subject to testing availability, needing more information from you, or because of issues with your bank or card provider.
