Set with a pear-cut diamond with the most stunning antique proportions. In an age long before laser machines cut diamonds with exacting precision, each stone was faceted by hand and cutting a drop-shape diamond was no easy feat. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eElegantly claw-set above two scrolling motifs, each terminated by a round old-cut diamond. The scrolls gracefully flow to form the shoulders of the ring, each further adorned with grain-set diamonds, to a solid 18ct yellow gold band. To bottom, a cushion-shaped old-mine cut diamond also claw-set in an open-back setting. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe design of this ring resembles a fleur-de-lys motif or tiara, and has both the elegancy and delicacy for which Edwardian and Belle Époque jewels are so loved.
