Set to centre with a round old-cut diamond, grains set in an octagonal bezel with polished edges. Further set with two smaller round old-cut diamonds set above and below the central stone, in rub-over settings finished with millegrain edge detail. A bombe cluster design featuring exquisite filigree work; executed in platinum, millegrain details throughout, scrolling foliate motifs and geometric openwork.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe shoulders are each set with a blue sapphire, a combined approximate weight of 0.06ct. Grain set in an stylised floral motif, reminiscent of Art Nouveau ceramic tiles. Surrounded by refined open-work, millegrain edging throughout. The gallery is low and conforming to the finger, decorated with tiny chenier details.
