Product SKU: ARB-263
Imperial Topaz and diamond ring, circa 1900. The pale, golden yellow of this topaz is perhaps the colour most historically associated with the stone, which shot to popularity in the late 18thand early 19thcenturies due to its flattering and delicate colour palette and beautifully clean crystals. This antique cushion-cut is the perfect shape to show off this classic hue, which comes alive with a soft, golden glow by candlelight. The shallow cut means that it sits with a low profile on the hand, in a characteristically light and elegant Edwardian mount set with a border of circular-cut diamonds.
